Time for a Calm Reset - Take a Snooze
If you are feeling tired or overwhelmed, then this is your permission to take a nap for 30 minutes.
Having a daytime nap can be refreshing and restorative; to ensure that it does not affect your night time sleep you can:
- Take only a short nap, or around 30 minutes
- Do this when needed, i.e. not every day
- Make sure that you do not nap too late in the day, close to your natural bedtime
Settle down, and make sure that you can be undisturbed for the next 30 minutes. Enjoy!
