The Gentle Path is built around the 3 Cs - the three pillars that will support you every step of the way:
🌸 Coaching
Each month we focus on a different area - some months there will be a live Q&A session where you can bring your real-life challenges, ask questions, and receive gentle guidance. Sometimes this will take the form of group coaching, sometimes simply a supportive space to be heard or to learn. Coaching also shows up in the weekly journalling sessions, where gentle prompts guide you towards new insights and clarity. As well, you can use the Forum to ask questions or send me a private message; and you can respond to the regular emails throughout the week to let me know how things are going for you or if you have any challenges.

Every month brings you fresh content linked to that month’s theme - live sessions, pre-recorded videos, toolkits, planners, or challenges. These resources are designed to be practical and manageable, helping you build habits and skills step by step. Alongside this, you’ll also have access to a growing library of relaxation MP3s to support you anytime, anywhere.
