
How to use this membership
This membership is here to support you - not to become another thing on your to-do list. You’ll get the most from The Gentle Path if you see it as a steady rhythm you can return to again and again, rather than something you have to keep up with perfectly.
✨ Dip in where you need. Some months you’ll want to dive into the full project, other times you might simply listen to a meditation or join a journalling session. Both are completely fine.
✨ Share when you can. The more you post in the community - whether it’s a win, a struggle, or just a hello - the more supported you’ll feel. But you’re always welcome to take things at your own pace.
✨ Give yourself time. Try setting aside just 20–30 minutes a week for you. That’s often all it takes to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
Above all, remember: The Gentle Path is here for you. Use it in the way that feels most supportive for your life right now.

Wednesday 8.30am short mindfulness session
Thursday 7.30pm Journalling session - 20/30 minutes
