In each session, I guide you through a simple journalling practice designed to help you release overwhelm, find clarity, and end the week feeling calmer and more confident. You can take time between sessions to put the techniques into practice at your own pace.

You don’t need lots of time or special tools – just sit down with a notebook, a pen, and a few quiet minutes for yourself. I’ll be with you every step of the way.

What You’ll Need ✏️

To take part, you’ll only need a few simple things:

  • A notebook or journal (any size or style you like)

  • A pen or pencil you enjoy writing with

  • A quiet spot where you can take 10–15 minutes for yourself

  • An open mind – no “perfect writing” required, just a willingness to let words flow

That’s it! No special tools, apps, or extras needed. Just you, your journal, and a little time to pause and reflect. 🌿
