Overwhelm Reset

A simple, calming way to release stress, find focus, and feel more confident – completely at your own pace.
What You’ll Gain in Just 3 Sessions
✅ Learn how to use simple, guided journalling to clear mental clutter and calm a busy mind
✅ Gain clarity about what’s really contributing to your overwhelm – and what matters most right now
✅ Create a journalling approach you can come back to whenever life feels heavy or full
How it works 🌿
In each session, I’ll gently guide you through a short journalling exercise designed to help you release what’s building up, make sense of what’s going on, and feel a little calmer and clearer.
There’s no pressure to complete this in a set time.
You can move through the sessions at your own pace, and come back to them whenever you need.
What You’ll Need ✏️
Just a few simple things:
- A notebook or journal (anything you have to hand)
- A pen or pencil
- A quiet space where you can take 10–15 minutes for yourself
You don’t need to be “good at journalling” or know what to write – I’ll guide you step by step.
A gentle note
This isn’t about writing pages and pages, or doing it perfectly.
It’s about:
taking a few minutes to get things out of your head
and into some clarity
in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
Who this is for
This is designed for women who feel like they’re juggling a lot – and quietly running on empty.
With just a few short sessions, you’ll begin to experience how journalling can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control – without adding more pressure to your day.
