Making Overwhelm Manageable is a small, live cohort designed to help you understand your stress properly – so you can respond with steadiness instead of overwhelm

Over three focused weeks, you will:

• Identify your top stress triggers
• Recognise your early warning signs
• Track patterns in your daily life
• Build a short, personalised calming toolkit
• Learn to lower stress from 8/10 to 4–5/10 within minutes

You won’t eliminate stress.

But you will stop being blindsided by it.

Instead of:
“I’m overwhelmed again.”

It becomes:
“I can feel this building. I know what this is. I know what helps.”

How It Works

Live sessions (40 minutes, 1pm):

Optional 30-minute calm reset / Q&A sessions (6.45pm):

  • Thursday 16th April

  • Thursday 23rd April

  • Thursday 30th April

All sessions are recorded, so you can watch in your own time.
