How to use this membership

This membership is here to support you - not to become another thing on your to-do list. You’ll get the most from The Gentle Path if you see it as a steady rhythm you can return to again and again, rather than something you have to keep up with perfectly.

Dip in where you need. Some months you’ll want to dive into the full project, other times you might simply listen to a meditation or join a journalling session. Both are completely fine.

Share when you can. The more you post in the community - whether it’s a win, a struggle, or just a hello - the more supported you’ll feel. But you’re always welcome to take things at your own pace.

Give yourself time. Try setting aside just 20–30 minutes a week for you. That’s often all it takes to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

Above all, remember: The Gentle Path is here for you. Use it in the way that feels most supportive for your life right now.

Monday 8.30am short card reading and meditation

Wednesday 8.30am short mindfulness session

Thursday 7.30pm Journalling session - 20/30 minutes
