Hello and welcome - I’m truly delighted that you’re here.

I created The Gentle Path because I’ve been where you are: busy, overwhelmed, stretched in every direction, and wondering where the calm and joy had gone. What I longed for back then was a place to come back to again and again - somewhere safe, nurturing, and practical. A space that would gently remind me to pause, reset, and take the steps that actually make a difference.

That’s exactly what this membership is for. The Gentle Path is here to support you month after month with simple practices, tools, and encouragement - alongside a community of women who “get it.” It’s not about doing everything perfectly. It’s about creating a rhythm that helps you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in everyday life.

Think of it as your gym membership for the soul - a space to strengthen your inner calm, build your resilience, and find balance, step by gentle step.

What to expect:

The Gentle Path is designed with a steady rhythm, so you always know what’s coming and can relax into the flow.

Each month, you’ll receive:

  • 🌸 One core theme/project to focus on - from boundaries and self-care to resilience and joy.

  • 🎥 Fresh content - live sessions &/or pre-recorded videos, toolkits, or guided challenges to explore at your own pace.

  • 💬 A live Q&A call with me - a safe space to ask questions, receive coaching, and connect.

  • 🌿 Ongoing community support in our private forum - a place to share wins, struggles, and encouragement with like-minded women.

Every week, you’ll also enjoy:

  • 🧘 Two short meditations, mindfulness or grounding practice to reset your mind and body.

  • ✍️ A group journalling session with prompts to reflect, release, and refocus.

  • ✍️ weekly gratitude prompt
  • ✍️ throughout the week to help you to keep on track, and make it easy to find the lessons/ resources
